Over the past 7 years I have spent a lot of time with clients coaching specifically around improving health and achieving weight loss. I provide clients with support, guidance and accountability over
a period of months to help them achieve their goals and create a healthier and more fulfilling life.

If you are struggling to reach your health and fitness goals I can help. If you have a history of failed diets and abandoned fitness programmes, I can help you reset and reframe your relationship with food and exercise. If you are struggling with hormonal changes and body adjustments I can coach you to develop a new relationship with your body and develop more confidence.

Together we will create and implement a set of personal guidelines for the way you exercise and move, eat and make choices that will enhance your life, provide structure and move you closer to your goals. It takes time and effort to change engrained patterns of behaviour and make long lasting changes but it is possible and with a coach there with you, it becomes an adventure and a life changing experience.

I’m Helena Bailey and I’ve been supporting women in achieving their dreams since 2013. I help my clients become aware of their strengths and the mindsets that sabotage them.

I work with women who know there should be more to their lives. They have huge amounts of energy to put into others and plenty of experience, but they feel frustrated or a bit lost in the stress of everyday life and lack of time for themselves.

Raising families, juggling careers, ageing parents, squeezing in a social life, and finding time for their own health and wellbeing can prove too much. I am committed to helping my clients through the maze of competing demands.

After more than 20 years’ experience working in blue chip organisations in a number of senior communications and leadership roles, I took the leap into entrepreneurship. I now run two successful businesses, each one playing to my strengths and passions for helping people to be the best they can be.

I understand the importance of powerful, persuasive, clear communication. I know how to manage conflict and maximise teams’ potential and engage employees. I’ve worked with leaders to develop their communication skills, inspire others and achieve results with the support of their team.

First, we discuss your aims and objectives. What do you want to get out of this process? I’ll talk to you about what coaching can do for you – and what it can’t. There are no magic solutions and you will need to put in the work to build the results you want. Working with a coach is a personal experience. We’re going to be discussing all sorts of things, just between us. We need to know we’re going to get along together and are on the same side before we start. Confidentiality is assured.
How often we meet is up to you, but I do require a minimum three-month commitment. You’re not going to solve everything after one or two conversations. Give yourself time and space to work things out and plan the path ahead.
As a coach, I have a wide range of psychological tools including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality types and Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behaviour (FIRO-B) which I use to enable people get the best from themselves.
